“Open” to begin the import. QuickBooks will prompt you with a security warning as shown

Yes, prompt each time or Yes, whenever this QuickBooks company

le is open, then QuickBooks will always have to be open in order to successfully export.

Selecting Yes, always; allow access even if QuickBooks is not running will allow you to export

to QuickBooks without QuickBooks being open.
